The service
Your subscription provides access to the Xtreme HD IPTV streaming service for the prepaid term you selected. Plans never auto-renew — when your term ends, service stops unless you renew.
Connections
Each plan permits a fixed number of simultaneous streams (1–5, as chosen at purchase). You may install the service on any number of devices; only concurrent streams are limited. Exceeding your connection count can result in buffering or temporary account suspension.
Acceptable use
- Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use unless purchased through the reseller program
- Sharing or reselling personal account credentials is not permitted
- Abuse of support channels or fraudulent chargebacks will end the service without refund
Availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Short maintenance windows may occur; extended outages on our side qualify for service credit or refund per the Refund Policy.
Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel — plans are prepaid and never rebill. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
