What qualifies
- Service not working on your device after our team has attempted to help
- Persistent technical issues on our side (not caused by your internet connection or ISP blocking)
- Duplicate or accidental payments
What doesn’t qualify
- Change of mind after extended normal use
- Issues caused by your ISP, VPN or local network that our team offered to help work around
How to claim
Email contact@iptvservices.online or message us on WhatsApp with your order details. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
